Girl Scout Cookie Brownies
Girl Scout Cookie brownies! Thin Mints on the left and Samoa on the right. They’re easy to make and incredibly delicious! My only regret is that I didn’t buy a box of Tagalongs to try. All you need is a brownie mix and your favorite cookies. Spread half of the brownie mix in the pan. Add cookies. Cover with more batter and a cookie crumble topping. Next time I’ll add the entire cookie for a stronger coconut taste. The Thin Mints brownies were very minty! Just add a dollop of green whipped topping and they’re perfect for a St. Patrick’s Day dessert. You can also make Girl Scout Cookie brownie bites.…

Sparkly Cake Balls for St. Patrick’s Day
I’m usually pretty good at resisting dessert temptation. Usually. Turns out these cake balls have a power over me that I can’t resist. I don’t know whether it was sheer joy that they actually were tasty, the spider cake balls I made for Halloween were a tad on the nasty side, or if it was their small size. Arielle highly suggested I begin with the Watchamacallit candy bar in the brownie cupcake. It looked like a winner to me. Later that day while I was at the gym I happened to mention to someone that I was planning on making brownie candy bar cupcakes after my rigorous workout. He insisted I try Pay Day candy bars. Nothing quite like discussing chocolate peanut butter awesomeness while on the stairmaster. I…

Cupcake Experiment
My favorite holiday is coming – Valentine’s Day! I wanted to create a Valentine’s treat that was original and creative. A treat so good everyone would say “You’re the greatest cook ever! How did you think of that?” I like to dream. I enjoy making cupcakes more than eating them mostly because I don’t care for all the sugary frosting. Weird I know. But I started wondering if I wouldn’t appreciate cupcakes more if they had a treat inside. Like those little hearts that say, Be Mine, and Love u. Wouldn’t it be a great surprise to open up a cupcake and get a message? You could even have a candy that says, Marry…
