    The Ugly Jacket

Not long ago my son texted me asking if I could add money to his account because he was in Gainesville where it was quite a bit cooler than Cape Coral, and he had spent what was left in his bank account on a jacket. The difference is seven puddles, seven trips outside, inside, and up and down the stairs when it’s bedtime, and seven puppies exploring my yard while I run around like a character on Sesame Street counting 1,2,3,4,5,6,7! My Fitbit loves me! I’ve earned all kinds of medals. Ten thousand steps is a piece-of-cake. Having seven also means seven times the love. When they wake from their nap…
