Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels: Surprise! I’m posting two treats in one day and it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that today is the last day of the month and I’m trying to reach the readership goal I set for myself with the blog. Nope, not at all. My chocolate covered pretzels were a big hit at the kids Halloween party so I made some for spring. I happened to have the peanut butter jar nearby which got me thinking. Chocolate Covered Pretzels
What’s better than Norman Love Chocolates? Not these. But I can say they’re much easier to make and a close second. My Halloween chocolate covered pretzels were a hit with the high school crowd so I decided to experiment for Valentine’s Day. I was very pleased with the results. The chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels shown above were Eric’s favorite. Basically all you need are pretzels, chocolate, parchment paper, candy decorations and creativity. It’s really easy. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and spoon it over the pretzels. Then decorate. One box of Bakers Semi – Sweet chocolate will be more than enough for one bag of pretzel sticks. (About 24 sticks)…
