Chocolate Covered Pretzels

What’s better than Norman Love Chocolates? Not these. But I can say they’re much easier to make and a close second.

My Halloween chocolate covered pretzels were a hit with the high school crowd so I decided to experiment for Valentine’s Day. I was very pleased with the results. The chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels shown above were Eric’s favorite.

Basically all you need are pretzels, chocolate, parchment paper, candy decorations and creativity. It’s really easy. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and spoon it over the pretzels. Then decorate.

One box of Bakers Semi – Sweet chocolate will be more than enough for one bag of pretzel sticks. (About 24 sticks)

Chocolate M&M's and candy hearts.

The M&M’s will stick to the chocolate once it hardens. You have to have a steady hand to place the M&M’s gently. Let it sit for at least a half hour.

And Arielle laughed at me when I came home with those cute little pink hearts. I think they look really cute.

I’m excited to show you my brand new Valentine’s treat that I discovered through thinking… I wonder if this will work? And it did and it was delicious! Coming Soon!
