    Wild Mushroom Tomato Sauce I bought a new cookbook. Couldn’t resist it had such a catchy title. VEGAN COOKING FOR CARNIVORES by Roberto Martin Arielle had the honor of choosing the first meal. Wild mushroom tomato sauce over pasta. Luckily, Eric decided to help us. I believe Arielle’s words were, “Let’s just face it. We can’t cook.” We began with Eric insisting I read through the entire recipe. I have a habit of jumping right in and then realizing I’m missing some ingredients. Not good. Eric started chopping, Arielle stirred, and guess what I did? Took pictures!
